1. Object and Definitions
InoDocs Sign is an electronic signature platform offered as a SaaS (Software as a Service) enabling the creation, sending, signing, verification and archiving of documents. Publisher: Ask Consulting Luxembourg SARL-S (B239089 — Registre de Commerce de Luxembourg), registered at 8 rue Jean Mentelin, 67200 Strasbourg, France.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using InoDocs Sign services, the user fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you warrant that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3. Description of Services
InoDocs services include: • InoDocs Sign: electronic signature with complete audit trail (email OTP, SHA-256, RFC 3161 timestamp) • InoDocs Verify: verification of signed document authenticity • InoDocs Vault: long-term electronic archiving • InoDocs Flow: AI-powered document generation
4. Accounts and Subscriptions
Access to the service requires account creation with a valid email address. Multiple plans are available: Freemium, Starter, Pro and Business — each with defined document quotas and features. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
5. Obligations and Liability
The user undertakes to use the service in accordance with applicable laws, not to impersonate third parties, and not to use the service for unlawful purposes. InoDocs shall not be liable for the legal content of signed documents or the validity of signatures in jurisdictions not covered.
6. Legal Value of Signatures
Electronic signatures created via InoDocs Sign comply with the framework defined by Règlement eIDAS (UE) n°910/2014. The platform uses: email OTP (identity verification), SHA-256 fingerprint (document integrity) and RFC 3161 timestamp (certified time proof). These elements constitute the probative audit trail.
7. Personal Data Protection
InoDocs complies with Règlement Général sur la Protection des Données (RGPD — UE 2016/679). Data is hosted on European infrastructure. The supervisory authority is Commission Nationale pour la Protection des Données (CNPD) — Luxembourg. For full details, see our Privacy Policy at /privacy.
8. Duration and Termination
The user may cancel their subscription at any time from their dashboard. Service access ends at the expiry of the paid subscription period. Documents archived in InoDocs Vault remain accessible independently of the Sign subscription.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by droit luxembourgeois et du Règlement eIDAS (UE) n°910/2014. In the event of a dispute, after an amicable resolution attempt, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Tribunaux du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg.
10. Amendment of Terms
InoDocs Sign reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes by email with 30 days' notice before they take effect. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
